Just a uld insufficient RAM be any kind of a causal factor? I'm running an older iMac with maxed out 4GB of RAM. after a simple restart (did not Zap PRAM, or delete Muse preferences, assuming that is even possible these days), I reopened Muse and it now seems to be working normally again! Hope that helps you folks get closer to an answer. Unless Adobe did an update in the background today without my knowing it, it is the same version I have been using successfully for a week, until the issue spontaneously occurred.Īll that background being said. I could type capitol letters with the shift, but all other functionality was gone (Resizing constraint, select multiple layers, and range select in text block). After finding this posting, I checked a few of the things suggested above to diagnose the issue. Thats when I noticed the Shift select was not working. I shut my computer down overnight, and rebooted this afternoon to pick up where I left off. It immediately updated to the newest version (2015.1) I started going through the tutorials and the Shift select functionality worked perfectly, right up through 3:00 am today.
Hope it is of some value to someone! I loaded Muse CC for the first time ever about a week or so ago.
